Catering is physical work. It requires resilience, focus and precision, even when the body is tired. It means keeping a smile, even when your legs ache. Being present, clear and impeccable — even after ten, twelve, fourteen hours.
Our team lives outside ordinary schedules. Days that begin while others are still asleep and end when the celebration has already become a memory for those who experienced it.
